NS Process solutions requires for immediate appointment Asst. Manager – Production in Medical Transcription.
We invite Editors/QAs with proven track record & people management/Managerial skills for production management role.
He/she will be responsible for SLA compliances & 99% accuracy of the reports for the particular a/c.
He/she will be responsible for complete ownership of a given account. He should take care of the whole process, viz. team handling, operations, account quantity & quality, TAT, MIS etc .
He/She has to manage a team of proofers/QAs.
Applicant should be flexible to day/night shifts.
