Job Description : Must demonstrate excellent presentation, prospecting and negotiating skills. Previous experience in selling Backup and recovery Products, Storage solutions to large enterprises. Should be capable of handling SAN Solutions.

Must have successful track record in achieving assigned quotas, leading coordination of and responding to complex proposals and working successfully with integrators and resellers in a joint selling capacity.

Must have strong relationship selling skills within the said vertical and be able to lead sales calls at every level of an account, executive level or otherwise. Must be a self-starter and strong closer with multi-tasking ability. Understanding of business organizations and their buying cycles is required. Experience selling in a high technology and Storage industry and knowledge of Backup and Recovery technologies is required. Must have experience in selling SAN products.

Must have worked for at least 3-4 years in Channel account management team with a major IT OEM company

Job will be to setup the Company's country wide Channel networks and working with distributor, rolling out Channel partner program , doing Channel marketing activities etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Will build and grow InMage sales throughout the VAR community in India. Must be a key contributor to the revenue growth, and manage to the company growth targets. Accountable for building and managing all resell partnerships, spearheading new business development and successfully developing alliances with key solution provider accounts.

Forge high level relationships with channel partners in the territory. Effect skills transfer for key technical, consulting & sales personnel. Organize channel training to educate, motivate, and activate sales people.

Identify new partners to work with in the territory.

Identify and promote joint channel partner consulting projects.

Initiate joint business planning and marketing plans with partners, individual responsibility for a sales objective.

Position Requirements:

Fully qualified, senior level, experienced sales professional that is forward thinking and has an expert understanding of the technology business sector.

Proven experience with successful recruitment of new partners

Design business plans and market strategies with partners

Ability to qualify sales opportunities which reap maximum benefits

Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills

Graduate plus MBA in Sales and Marketing or equivalent experience

7+ years sales experience with in-depth knowledge of channel and indirect sale

Position is located in Hyderabad
