Job Description	:	Delivery Management: Responsible for project management of engagements and customer satisfaction on the engagements. Responsible for managing and maintaining engineering teams of 25 people. Responsible for mentoring and grooming project managers to handle project execution. Responsible for oversight to ensure process compliance. Responsible for succession planning, staffing and capacity planning. Technology Management: Responsible for product engineering which involves analysis and design, development, testing, debugging, performance tuning of all key features. Interacting with marketing and engineering and QA directors, product architects to monitor the overall progress of the projects, Planning of various releases and service packs. Should be conversant with release engineering, build and multi-releases. Should be able to set/oversee the direction of the product/technology strategy of enterprise tier products/projects. Analysing resource requirements and recruiting team members, training and mentoring them and monitoring their performance throughout the project.

Additional Info	:	Experience building core products and understanding of Enterprise Application Servers (Java, PHP) Good understanding of Project Management, Process and other corporate initiatives - Should have managed projects and large enterprise accounts. Should be open to travel to customer locations and initiate/run customer engagements.
