Job Description
:
1 Experienced candidate with multitasking skills to perform time bound, cost effective
maintenance of LIQUID,POWDER, PASTE Filling, FFS, CAPPING,SEALING, PRINTING,
CARTONING machines.
2.Plan & Execute Predictive & Preventive Maintenance of Plant eEuipment & Machinery described as above in 1.
3.Shall be quick Trouble Shooter with good Analytical Skills. Sharp at Manpower Management.
4. Look for quick Breakdown maintenance solutions, use tools for analysis of breakdown Root cause analysis(RCA) & Corrective & Preventive action,(CAPA) , Why Why Analysis (WWA), work on MTBF and MTTR , build up Equipment History to Prevent Breakdown recurrence.
5. Handles Material Procurement & Inventory Management .
6.Identifies Potential Areas of Maintenance Cost Reduction, Machine Capacity Utilization & Energy Conservation and initiating Suitable Actions.
7.Exposure to HT/LT Electrical Switch Gears, PLC system & other Electrical / Instrumentation Systems.
8. Hands on experience on Small size Boilers, Compressors, Pumps, Cooling Towers, D M Water Plants, Thermic Fluid Heaters, Blowers, Dust Collection and Extraction Systems.
9. Conversant with ISO-14001 & OHSAS-18001 System, controlling activities for its compliance.
10.Computer literacy is must. Proficiency in MS-Office & making Power Point Presentations.
11.Exposure to TPM will be added advantage.
12.Basic understanding of applicable Statutory & Regulatory requirements..
