Job description:
• Given high level requirements on a module, analyze in detail the requirements at module level
• Given high level design on a module or sub-system, anlayze in detail the
design; produce detailed design of high quality on time as per schedules
• Implementation of code as per coding guidelines;strategies on unit testing
(automation, tools, negative scenario, boundary conditions, etc)
• Perform peer reviews of the output in the projects
• Ensure project artifacts are archived as per guidelines, ensure strong
knowledge sharing within project
• Guide / mentor junior members in the team
• Participate in all the organizational activities and initiatives
(like productivity improvement, growth ideas, knowledge management,
metrics based decision making, etc).
