The company is looking for a Mid Level Technical Recruiter with Technical writing skills to be part of our US recruiting/consulting operations. Ability to work well in a team and as an independent self-starter The Tech Recruiter / Resume Preparer Writer will have expert level proficiency in Microsoft Word, excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills. Candidates are required to have a strong understanding of document formatting and presentation techniques. Should be able to Work with multiple requirements from our clients. Should be able to handle deadlines. Must be detail-oriented. Right Recruiter/ Resume Writer should be able to do recruiting qualified candidates & retaining them for our clients. Highly motivated individuals who enjoy talking over phone & helping consultants in finding their right career will succeed in this role.
1.Responsible for providing staffing services to existing customers in their recruiting and personnel needs.
2. Responsible for exercising discretion and good judgment in recruiting candidates for customers.
3.Responsible for sourcing candidates via the following methods: cold calling into companies where know talent resides, personal candidate network, internal resume database, Internet resume banks, the general Internet, etc.
4.Interviewing, evaluation, hiring and termination of contract personnel.
5. Negotiation of wage and salary rates with candidates
6. Marketing positions to candidates and submitting selected candidates to clients
7. Responsible for generating sales leads via information obtained by candidates and contractors.
8. Will be responsible for maintaining business relationship with candidates and Clients.
9. Writing skills is a must. Will be responsible for reformatting and submitting quality resumes and position recruitment forms or other forms required to submit to customers using technical writing skills.
10. Must be proficient in IT skill sets and should have good knowledge of IT profiles
11. Will be responsible for meeting monthly objectives and must be very well organized.
12. Ability to build rapport with people over the phone.
