Technical Skills: Hands on in Project\Product\Website testing, In-depth knowledge of various testing techniques and exposure to open source testing tools for testing and test case development like QTP. RDBMS: MS SQL Server - preferable Soft Skills: Attention to detail is a must. Should have good analytical, problem solving skills with good communication. Should be able to maintain and analyze the test metrics. Should have good team management skills and ability to communicate effectively with the developers and team managers
