:
NS Process solutions requires for immediate appointment Sr. Team Leader for Canadian Outbound Telemarketing Process.
Job involves selling Telecom products to Canadian Nationals.
Applicant should have at least 2 yrs experience of handling a team of Sales Agents in an International call center.
He/she should be handling least 10 associates currently.
The position is for middle level management, reporting directly to the top management. He/she will be responsible for the complete process viz.SLA compliance, lead generation, team sales targets, call quality, MIS, client interaction, etc.
Remuneration will include fixed salary + Night allowances + incentives on team sales realized.
Selected candidate should be ready to join immediately.
