Job Description	:	Responsibilities • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture Set clear team goals and delegate tasks and set deadlines • Driving performance on SLA’s being measured by the business Oversee day-to-day operation • Monitor team performance and report on metrics • Motivate team members Discover training needs and provide coaching • Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments • Encourage creativity and risk-taking Requirements - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Require One Male Candidate Only from Inbound Voice Domain • Proven work experience as a team leader • People Management and Customer experience • Good interpersonal skills to create a cordial relationship with team members • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics like (AHT, Attrition, Shrinkage, SLA, Absentisim) • Ability to multitask and good working Excel skills • Excellent skills for communicating and relating with both staff members and customers • Organizational and time-management skills • Decision- making skills Qualification • Graduate in any stream(Graduation is mandatory) Work Experience • 1 to 3 years in relevant industry(Inbound Voice Domain Experience Must)
