| Strong-light Chemical Co., Ltd., which was built in 2002, is located in Hangzhou Bay Fine Chemical Industrial Zone in Zhejiang province of China. It is an enterprise incorporating development, production, management into an organic whole, specializing in printing and dyeing. It takes up an area of 108 Mu including 11 workshops, two central laboratories, equipped with the complete “three- waste” treatment facilities. Meanwhile, it is rationally distributed, novel in design and forms a complete set of solution in the factory. It has formed an annual production capacity of 5,000 tons of reactive dyes and 5,000 Tons of Para Base Ester, and over 10,000 tons of all kinds of other printing and dyeing auxiliary and common auxiliary now. Besides, our company has the right of handling import and export. Since the foundation of our company, we have adhered to its management theory:“ to lead by development of science and technology; to win over the quality of products and to give equal consideration to the economic, social and environmental protection”，also in accordance with its quality guideline:“ to win with quality, to lead in the development of science and technology, to serve sincerely, to improve continuously, and to promote clean manufacture and pollution control to ease the burden of environment and lay a solid foundation for the development of our company”. To meet customers’ demands for quality, we have been expanding R&D input, improving production process. In 2004, the company has passed ISO9001:2000 Certificate of Quality System and obtained ISO14001:2004 Environment Management System Certificate in Dec.2008.
