You report to : President, Managing Director Employees reporting to you Client Servicing Executives / Sr. Client Servicing Esecutives Min. Experience : 4.5+ yrs Primary responsibilities Able to generate business Able to prepare presentations Client Servicing – Phones and personal visit to clients on regular basis, sometimes twice a day. Managing PR with client. Follow-up with other Departments for preparation of A/W, translations, proof checking, etc., printouts of ads, billing status. Follow up with Client Servicing Executives. Preparation of Creative briefs for internal purpose. Daily meeting with the team, and spending 15 minutes to plan the day. Check all the Work Orders. Motivate and train the team. Identify new business. To make one presentation every month, and to help the team in preparing their presentations. Preparing Quarterly presentations. Weekly report to be prepared by every Friday. Weekly message for motivation on the Notice Board. Compile details of birthdays / anniversaries / important events of all your clients, and plan for gifts / mementoes. Supervise and coordinate publication of monthly magazine. Accounts Planning and Development. Preparing pro-active plan for the development of existing accounts. Fortnightly meeting with MD, President, Account Group Heads to share the thoughts and plan for the future strategy, preferably on Saturday mornings, and then have lunch together. Secondary responsibilities Filing actioned papers every month in the Master File. Any other task that may be assigned from time to time.
