We are a British renewable energy company based in China, and we are looking to hire some Indian staff to work in our China office (Wuhu, Anhui province). Our company has 30 staff, average age in 20s, from Britain, France, Italy, USA, Czech Republic, Germany and China – all working together to publish solar information and assist in solar trade deals. We would like to hire some Indian staff to join our company – and we have a particular interest in people from the Tumkur/Bangalore/Mysore area as we are thinking about opening an office in Tumkur (or perhaps Bangalore or Mysore) in the future, and having some staff from this area already working for us would make this easier. We will pay for the flight and visa costs for you to arrive at our China office and for your return flight to India at the end of the contract – but you must stay a minimum of 18 months with us. The company’s working hours are 8 hours per day, 5 days per week – and overtime is not pushed onto our staff (just helpful for getting promotions and future salary rises as it is in any other company). The working language in the company is English (no Chinese language ability is needed), and it is important that all our staff can clearly understand you (eg. that your accent is not too strong). We strongly value innovation in our company, and we want to find someone bright and hardworking that thinks up great solutions and works well with others. You should be culturally flexible and adapt to working in a Western company environment and adapt to working with your friendly Chinese colleagues and colleagues from countries around the world. Our IT department has some dynamic and friendly Chinese programmers who are fluent in English. But we are struggling to find Chinese programmers who know Dynamics CRM who are fluent in English – hence we need to attract some talented staff from India (we are also looking to hire Indian PHP programmers and a website designer in the same recruiting trip). Our main website is programmed in PHP, and we are looking to roll-out a great internal Dynamics CRM system across the sales, trade, market research, jobsite and directory departments so that everyone’s work can be more efficient and so that all the departments in the company can share contact information. The .net developer will work with IT colleagues to link the CRM system with existing platforms, and work with people across the company to construct, roll-out and then continuously improve department-specific CRM implementations. Job Responsibilities 1. Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and maintenance 2. Windows file servers’ maintenance 3. Some IT solutions based on Microsoft products are preferred (e.g. Share point, windows azure, cloud computing etc. ) Essential Skills 1. A few years’ experience with .net and MSSQL programming 2. Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics CRM development 3. Knowledge and expertise on Windows servers Benefits • Salary: 4,500 RMB/month + performance-based 20% bonus.
