The candidates should have a Bachelor, Engineering diploma, or Licentiate of Master degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering or related fields. GRE and TOEFL are welcome. Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic is required. The candidates are expected to have to following technical skills: • Excellent skills in programming. • Excellent skills in operating systems, Linux, and Windows environments. • Good background on networking and wireless communications. • A background on robotics and embedded systems will be a plus. Salary will be a package of 96000 SAR up to 120000 SR (~ USD 25600 up to USD 32000) per year depending on experience. There are no taxes. The position is available for immediate start. Research work will be performed at Al-Imam Mohamed bin Saud University, in the College of Computer and Information Sciences (Riyadh), which provides excellent facilities for doing research. RESPONSABILITIES The successful candidates are expected to coordinate and primarily execute the activities of funded project R-Track: A Distributed Multi-Robot Tracking System using Wireless Sensor Networks The main responsibilities include the following activities: • Implementation and experimentation with wireless sensor networks. • Writing technical reports and research papers in English and Arabic. • Development and maintenance of the project website.
