Required in FMCG or sales (any field) Responsibilities: • The candidates should have experience of working in FMCG Company only. • The candidates will be responsible for handling Primary Sales, Secondary sales, Collection for the company. • The role will involve in setting up a distribution network (Super-stockiest & Distributors) at the areas mentioned above respectively. • Furthermore, the candidates will lead the initiative of launching the products in the geographical areas mentioned above and initiate BTL activities for better placement of the products. • Will involve sales promotion, merchandising to boost the secondary sales. • The candidates will study the market potential and suggest recruitment of sales representatives at the respective location to improve the market penetration. Ensure that they are available in all the major retail outlets. • Effectively manage the team and ensure high ratio of Productive sales calls. Motivate, and empower the sales representatives for increased productivity by working with them on a regular basis and create synergy amongst the team. Requirements: • Proven work experience as a sales representative. • Excellent knowledge of MS Office. • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales. • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills. • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
