Handled a team of minimum 3 -4 members. Should have interacted with clients on a day to day basis to understand the client expectations. Technical Skills: Hands on in Project\Product\Website testing, In-depth knowledge of various testing techniques and exposure to open source testing tools for testing and test case development like QTP. RDBMS: MS SQL Server - preferable Soft Skills: Attention to detail is a must. Should have good analytical, problem solving skills with good communication.
