Team Leader must have 1. A minimum 3-5 Years Experience in designing, coding, testing and debugging programs written using Microsoft Based Programming Technologies (ASP, ASP.NET, C# or VB), at least 3 yrs using ASP.Net (C# or VB) 2. A minimum of 4 Yrs Experience in SQL Server Programming (Designing Database, Coding SQL and Stored Procedures, Debugging SQL, Performance Tuning) 3. A minimum of 3 Years Experience in IIS 5.0/6.0/7.0 4. 4. A Minimum Experience of 2 years in Design tools such as Visio 5. A Minimum Experience of 2 Years in Project Leadership including application design, programming, testing project, project estimation, and team supervision 6. Experience in Web Design and Prototyping will be added advantage 7.
