As a designer you should have • Ability to conceptualize and execute Flash animation, web design layouts, HTML Conversion with standard CSS, W3C standard knowledge is preferable, as well as professional advertisement designs. • Candidate should be able to use various tools and software that aid in preparing any type of design. • A web graphic designer has to meet with clients and discuss about their requirements in timeframe regarding the anticipated designs. • Candidate has to work with computer programmers and web application developers to blend his designs with the artwork, photographs, pictures, 2D Flash animations, and other visual design.
