Sharp at Manpower Management. 4. Look for quick Breakdown maintenance solutions, use tools for analysis of breakdown Root cause analysis(RCA) & Corrective & Preventive action,(CAPA) , Why Why Analysis (WWA), work on MTBF and MTTR , build up Equipment History to Prevent Breakdown recurrence. 5. Handles Material Procurement & Inventory Management . 6.Identifies Potential Areas of Maintenance Cost Reduction, Machine Capacity Utilization & Energy Conservation and initiating Suitable Actions. 7.Exposure to HT/LT Electrical Switch Gears, PLC system & other Electrical / Instrumentation Systems. 8. Hands on experience on Small size Boilers, Compressors, Pumps, Cooling Towers, D M Water Plants, Thermic Fluid Heaters, Blowers, Dust Collection and Extraction Systems. 9. Conversant with ISO-14001 & OHSAS-18001 System, controlling activities for its compliance. 10.Computer literacy is must. Proficiency in MS-Office & making Power Point Presentations. 11.Exposure to TPM will be added advantage. 12.Basic understanding of applicable Statutory & Regulatory requirements..
