Job Description Job Location: Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore MSCRM Tech lead * At least 10-12 years of experience in IT * At least 8 years on Microsoft technologies and at least 5 years on MSCRM (2016 and Dynamics 365) * Should have experience as a Technical Lead in at least 3-4 end-to-end large MSCRM implementations, that include complex functionality, multiple integrations and global rollouts * Must have demonstrable experience in architecture and design of such MSCRM applications • Must be thorough and hands-on MSCRM 2013 ,MSCRM 2016 and Dynamics 365 Versions, including CRM SDK, development of plug-ins, javascript, custom pages and .NET web services (for integrations) • Must be thorough and hands on in Microsoft technologies including * .NET 4.x, C#, XML, Ajax, OData query and HTML 5 • Microsoft SQL server 2008/2012 • Scribe and SSIS • Experience in MSCRM installation and set-up and multi-site deployment * Experience in working in an Agile methodology is a must * Must have prior experience in the onsite-offshore model * Good customer interface and documentation skills · CRM in Telecom Domain -Implementation experience is good to have MS Dynamics CRM Business Analyst · Experience of 10-12 years in IT, including at least 6 - 8 years in functional roles · At least 4 - 5 years on MSCRM (Version 2011/ 2013/ MSCRM 2016 and Dynamics 365 versions) in the role of a Business Analyst/Functional Consultant · Should have executed at least two end-to-end projects in MSCRM, that include complex functionality, integrations with multiple systems and global user base. · Have demonstrable experience in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, customer review and sign-off · Extensive experience in conducting workshops, interacting with Senior Business users and IT Stakeholders · Should have experience working in Agile/iterative methodology · Work with QA team lead to prepare test scenarios and test cases · Conduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing · Enable preparation of training materials and work with customer side champions in conduct of end-user training · Excellent communication and documentation skills Interested candidates can share your profiles to : hr@keypeoplesolutions.in
